At the beginning of production, the coil is loaded onto the uncoiler. The coil ends are butt-welded to support continuous production. The strip is stored in the accumulator and then pulled forward at a stable speed.
In the forming section, the strip is gradually formed into an open pipe shape. After that, the high frequency welder heats the strip edges and the squeeze rolls press them together to form a welded tube.
